The biggest complaint I hear from transwomen friends is--the sleeves need to be longer. I don't think it's a constant that born-male arms are longer than born-female arms, but if the transperson was tall before hormone therapy, that height won't go away. And I have seen the crushing disappointment when cute thing after cute thing is tried on...only to find the arms are two to four inches too short. Why this is I have no idea, but clothing designers: if you want to know one thing you can do for at least the transwomen in the audience? MAKE LONGER SLEEVES.
